Fragmented Thoughts

I am De-Fragmenting my thoughts to get them on my blog. I can do this if I can just slow down and concentrate on what I am trying to say. The thought is why do I feel the need to write a blog?

I started this morning looking at: Writing, from there I went on to: Creative writing, from there I went to: Journalistic writing, from there I went to: Personal journal, from there I went to: Freedom of thought, from there I went to: Freedom of speech, and this is where things got fragmented. I started jumping from topic to topic and lost where I was going. So the point to all this is I am doing this to find the, “Real Me”, if there even is such a thing.

I can’t believe how much time I spent researching all this information to get a few lines in my blog. I do think that it was time well spent because my mind isn’t totally De-Fragmented, but I feel like I have some idea of what I was trying to say. That putting my thoughts down in my blog isn’t for anyone else’s benefit, but for me.

I know that anyone can read this but I am hoping that I will read this, at some other time this year, and benefit from what I have written today. I also found this article: Journaling Tips, about blogging today.

It’s a beautiful day today for weather in January so I am going to go for a walk. Me De-Fragmenting My Mind.

Thanks for Listening,

Jeff
