A look at magical Thinking

Today I’ll be taking “A look at magical Thinking” because I’m A Dreamer! I am talking about this Personality Test that I took, which in turn leads me to believe that I like magical thinking. This came about today after reading about hindsight, and how easy it is to look at things after the fact. Not that there is a correlation between thinking magically and hindsight, but that is just where my mind took me today. I was also reading different things at the Psychology Portal along with this Mind and Brain Portal at the Wikipedia site. Trying to find clues as to why my mind may work the way it does, and finding this information quite interesting…Looking into one’s psyche!

This post has come about as I continued to try and practice my Writing just to Write each day: Searching my mind for some magical words to share my thinking with all of you today. There is this constant inner conflict going on each day as I try and write down my thoughts. But maybe this term of magical thinking has never even crossed your mind? Yet it is something I’ve thought about my entire life. As I’m finding out, as I write and think about the past, in my life today.

The mind is a magical place that can take you anywhere that you wish to go, just by letting one’s imagination run free. There are no limits to the magical thoughts in one’s mind. Sharing these kinds of ideas, with people that maybe reading this, probably has you wondering about my mental state of mind.  Although I can assure you I’m only trying to share my magical thinking with all of you today!

Thanks for Listening,
