This title of “Writing some stuff Today” is because of this question: “Does the writing process need a Title?” and really sometimes I think I take my writing each day way too seriously. By the way one of my writing goals is: “Don’t take Writing / Blogging too seriously, have fun!“ and that’s what I had in mind today. Did you know that Today is Constitution Day? (This link is to one of my previous entries from this date.) And I want to add this quote today from The White House blog about a Presidential Proclamation:
“In the summer of 1787, delegates from the States gathered in Philadelphia to build a new framework for our young republic. Our Constitution’s Framers represented diverse backgrounds, and on key issues, they were divided. Yet despite their differences, they courageously joined together in common purpose to create “a more perfect Union.” After 4 months of fierce debate and hard-fought compromise, the delegates signed the Constitution of the United States.”
And on a completely different note, which is why I chose today’s title and this is from Do You Need a Pill or a Joke? and here’s the quote:
“Laughter also triggers the right side of the brain, which helps creativity and decision making. When you have a good laugh, you activate the body’s natural tranquilizers that calm you and help you sleep better. Many people today suffer from insomnia, but maybe all they need to do is simply laugh more!“
Then on with this theme of today’s title with another one of my previous entries from this date titled My misconception of Bureaucracy! And it just seems weird to be writing this at the moment, but have you read my post about We the People?
Thanks for Listening,
