Today’s post is about “Hello — Are you There?” and it is one of Smiley Central’s talking smiley faces. You see? This used to be a Windows Live Spaces site and since moving it to this new WordPress site these talking smiley face icons don’t show up on the page. What you will see is a long URL running across the page of these blog posts that I’ve made when I’ve used them. So I’m going to try posting this edited talking smiley face entry today as an experiment to see if I can edit out these long URLs where I’ve used these talking smileys.
Here is a picture of this talking smiley face and the experiment is to click the icon and to see if it will say, “Hello — Are you There?”
I’ve had to edit quite a few of my blog entries after moving my Windows Live Spaces site to this new WordPress site as I wrote about it in this post. But by editing these entries I’m learning something new all the time, and in today’s experiment I’m hoping to learn how to edit these talking smileys. These talking icons are actually an Adobe Flash Player and when I used them they’re inserted in my posts as videos.
I really don’t like experimenting with this blog entry today, but I’ve got to find a way to edit what I’m calling an error, when the URL runs off the page of a post. Although I realize that these edited talking smiley face posts are not going to look the same as when I originally made them. They should look much better than the address of the smiley face running off of the page, or at least I hope they will?
Thanks for Listening,
