On this frosty autumn Sunday, Joel Osteen’s message is a repeat titled “Your Life is Divinely Orchestrated,” click the link to read my previous notes, if you’d like to? These are my notes that I took today as I watched and listened to Joel’s broadcast again. Please feel free to Click Here for today’s Podcast, to listen to it, for yourself. This is an unrelated fact to Joel’s message today, but Tonight is Devil’s Night and this link is to my post from last year on this date. Now on with my notes for today: Our lives are divinely orchestrated and the Scripture talks about how God has already written all of our days in His book. He promised that all of His plans for us is for our good and not for evil. So none of this is news to our God, because it is all written in His book of life. Nothing that happens in our lives happens to us, it happens for us. God is not surprised by what’s happening in our lives, He will use it to our advantage.
The closed doors in our lives are divinely orchestrated by God they are part of His plans for our lives. If it was meant to be, it would have happened, so move forward with your life. It may look like a setback, but really it was a setup, for God to do something amazing in your life. We may not see the goodness of what’s going on in our lives but God has a plan. His ways, are not our ways, trust in Him.
Joel quoted these verses of Scripture:
This is the information from This Week’s Message page about today’s broadcast titled Your Life is Divinely Orchestrated by Joel Osteen:
Are you facing a setback today? A closed door? Has someone you loved walked out in your life? Usually when difficult situations happen, our natural tendency is to become discouraged and question where is God. But when you’re a believer, you can rest assured that God is in divine control of your life. Just as God uses promotion, breakthroughs, loyal people, encouragement, God also uses disappointments, closed doors, betrayals and persecution to move us toward His divine plan.
God knows how to get you where you need to be. When you understand everything in your life is divinely orchestrated, and God controls the whole universe, then you will begin to view adversity and unanswered prayers in a different way. You will begin to see that things don’t happen to you, they happen for you. God has a reason for everything happening in your life and has a plan to prosper you in all things. You can trust Him to do things His way. You don’t be disappointed!
Be blessed by God in a divinely orchestrated life!
