I’ve made this challenge to myself to try and write something each day, so “The idea is to Write,” and it really doesn’t matter that I don’t know what to say. Last year on this date I was Writing about my unfocused mind Today: “My thoughts on what to write about today have been all over the place. So I figured Why fight it? and decided to just start typing. I’m as curious as you are…As to what these words are going to be that appear on the page today.“
The easiest thing to do is to make a challenge or commitment to yourself, but then meeting this challenge, is where the real work comes in. And I really do enjoy trying to express myself in writing each day. But the hardest part of writing is coming up with something to say. Well, at least this is what I’m thinking today.
Now I really don’t know if what I’ve written here today is anyone’s idea of what writing should be? But lately this is the best I can do with what I’ve learned from trying to write something each day. This entry marks my 1957th consecutive day of trying to post or write something here at this site, and I state this very humbly.
Thanks for Listening,
