This is a snowy day this the last Sunday of the year 2012 and tomorrow is New Year’s Eve as we celebrate bringing in the new year on New Year’s Day Joel ReclinerOsteen’s message is a repeat titled “Staying Passionate About Life.” You can read my previous notes from this message by clicking here. These are my notes that I took as I watched and listened to Joel’s broadcast. Please feel free to Click Here for today’s Podcast, to listen to it for yourself.

Joel quoted these verses of Scripture:

This is the information from This Week’s Message page about today’s broadcast titled Staying Passionate About Life by Joel Osteen:

Are you passionate about your God-given life and your bright future in Him? God created us in His image. He’s crowned us with favor; we are equipped with His power. We are not created to drag through the day with no hope, joy and excitement, to just go through the motions of life with no enthusiasm. No, God wants to breathe new life back into you so you can say like David in Psalm 118:24, “This is the day which the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.” (NASB) It’s time to get your fire, passion and enthusiasm back. If you will get excited about your future again and start expecting God’s goodness, new doors will open. The right people will show up, and you’ll see God’s favor in a greater way.

Angel 2A passion for life is a blessing from God!
